Wikipedia : celebrating 25 years of knowledge

Choosing games as a means of mediation makes it possible to celebrate Wikipedia's 25th anniversary by turning the experience into something playful and interactive.

The game offers a metaphorical universe that presents Wikipedia as more than a simple encyclopaedia : it represents humanity's capacity to collaborate and share knowledge. This game highlights Wikipedia's sometimes-forgotten values and pillars (neutrality, consensus and openness) making this immense collective heritage, begun in 2001, both accessible and enjoyable.
